Online registration is required. Following registration, an abstract must be submitted in accordance with the prescribed formatting requirements by April 20, 2026. The necessary information can be found in the Speaker Information section. Notification of acceptance or rejection will be sent by April 27 at the latest.

Officially accepted abstracts will be published in an abstract booklet. The abstract booklet also functions as the conference program.

Yes, there is an opportunity to publish in the scientific journal Digital Horizons of Dennis Gabor University. Following the conference week, all speakers will receive the necessary information.
